Reinforcement Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reinforcement Learning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and investigate research ideas to solve obstacles in continuous learning for production
• Collaborate with the OpenPipe team to validate research directions on real customer tasks
• Engage in hands-on engineering tasks, from CUDA kernels to high-performance LLM tracing dashboards

Required Qualifications

• Experience in training large language models (LLMs) for specific tasks
• Strong engineering skills with a focus on learning and adaptability
• Demonstrated ability through impactful past projects or roles
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning concepts and methodologies
• Ability to work autonomously within a small team environment
