Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reinsurance Accountant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and lead reinsurance finance integration activities for acquired or transitioned portfolios
  • Perform chart-of-accounts mapping, data validation, and balance sheet tie-outs for accurate migration
  • Establish month-end close procedures and implement improvements for standardization and audit readiness
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in reinsurance accounting integration
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and statutory accounting principles
  • Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation processes
  • Proficiency in data validation and financial systems integration
  • Ability to identify process gaps and drive improvements
