Job Summary

Supporting the front end accounting and compliance activities of the reinsurance program, the full-time remote Reinsurance Administration Specialist will prepare and maintain reinsurance agreements, coordinate new company formations, and manage annual filings while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate new reinsurance company formations in support of the reinsurance program
  • Prepare, review, and maintain reinsurance agreements, including treaties and custodial agreements
  • Manage required annual filings for reinsurance companies domiciled abroad
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Insurance industry knowledge, with exposure to reinsurance or compliance functions
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a detail-oriented, compliance-focused role
  • Experience reading, reviewing, or supporting legal or contractual agreements
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
