Reinsurance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting reinsurance operations remotely on a temporary basis, the Reinsurance Analyst will manage data analysis, contract documentation, and stakeholder coordination to enhance reinsurance placements and strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with brokers and internal teams to prepare reinsurance submissions and validate data
• Document reinsurance contracts and ensure compliance with control items
• Prepare supporting exhibits for reinsurance reports and facilitate communication of placements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; business or insurance major preferred
• 5+ years of experience in reinsurance
• Experience with reinsurance systems and software preferred
• Strong Excel skills, including data validation and reporting
• Basic understanding of insurance and reinsurance principles and practices
