Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reinsurance Associate to support the development, execution, and management of annuity reinsurance programs.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in due diligence and transaction structuring for prospective reinsurance partners
Support the execution of international annuity reinsurance transactions and maintain relationships with global counterparties
Partner with internal teams to analyze ceded liabilities and prepare reports for management and regulatory purposes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
4-6 years of experience in annuity reinsurance or related transaction support
Familiarity with life and annuity reinsurance structures
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
Experience with hedging and ALM is a plus
