Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and optimize reinsurance business processes to align with organizational goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for reinsurance systems
• Provide subject matter expertise in reinsurance to assist teams in resolving complex challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the reinsurance industry
• Hands-on experience with reinsurance systems; experience with DXC SICS is preferred
• Proficiency in tools and methodologies for business analysis, including process mapping and requirements gathering
• Experience with regulatory compliance in the insurance or reinsurance industry is a plus
