Reinsurance Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst contractor with strong experience in the insurance industry, specifically within the reinsurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, and document business and user requirements
• Facilitate meetings with IT and business unit management to understand and execute project plans
• Partner with the test team to prepare testing strategies and ensure requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of business analysis experience supporting medium-sized initiatives
• Explicit insurance knowledge and experience, particularly in reinsurance
• Advanced knowledge of business modeling tools, such as process and workflow modeling
• Experience writing test cases and test plans
• Experience working with agile methods preferred
