Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in the insurance industry, specifically within the reinsurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, and document business and user requirements
• Facilitate meetings with IT and business unit management to align on project needs
• Participate in business process analysis and ensure all business requirements are understood and documented

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of business analysis experience supporting medium-sized initiatives
• Explicit insurance knowledge and experience, particularly in reinsurance
• Experience working with agile methods preferred
• Advanced knowledge of business modeling tools and experience writing test cases and plans
• Ability to manage multiple project tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment
