Reinsurance Business Analyst

Job Summary

Engaging in the full lifecycle of business analysis activities, the contract-to-hire Reinsurance Business Analyst will work remotely to capture, analyze, and document business and user requirements within the Property & Casualty insurance domain.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings with IT and business unit management to gather insights and define business needs
• Create project deliverables and support the execution of project plans while partnering with testing teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and met

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of hands-on Business Analyst experience
• Experience within Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, including underwriting, claims, and policy lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Strong experience with Agile and/or hybrid delivery approaches
• Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and regulatory considerations in insurance
