Reinsurance Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reinsurance Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and support during the transition to a new reinsurance system
• Develop and deliver training for staff on the new platform and provide ongoing technical assistance
• Advise management on regulatory compliance and improve the transition process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience, with at least 3 years in management
• Strong understanding of Reinsurance Agreements and life insurance products
• Experience with Quasar/R2 or TIE systems is required
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field is required
• Advanced proficiency in Java or coding is strongly preferred
