Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Reinsurance Contracting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reinsurance contracting aspects, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts
• Coordinate with underwriters and legal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in contract specifications
• Develop and enhance contract management processes and tools to improve efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; insurance or reinsurance designation (e.g., CPCU, ARe, ARA) is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in the reinsurance field or program insurance industry
• Demonstrated industry knowledge in reinsurance contract segments
• Understanding of multi-party contractual agreements and reinsurance terminology
• Experience with Microsoft Office and developing automated workflows is a plus
