Reinsurance Operations Senior Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Reinsurance Integration & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration and onboarding of new reinsurance deals, ensuring smooth transitions to business-as-usual processing
• Manage existing inforce business processes, including treaty compliance and audits
• Drive process improvements and workflow enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce risk

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business, insurance, or reinsurance administration
• Strong understanding of re/insurance or financial services operations
• Industry recognized designations are a plus (e.g., FLMI, ALMI, ARA, ARE)
• Proficiency with standard industry tools (MS Suite)
