Reinsurance Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the development of systems for an internal reinsurance brokerage platform, the full-time remote Reinsurance Product Manager will drive planning, execution, and delivery of Reinsurance Brokerage initiatives while collaborating with engineering, product, data, and business teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the planning and execution of Reinsurance Brokerage initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and business leadership to define priorities and manage sprints
- Utilize a data-driven approach to inform product strategy and measure key success metrics for product launches
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of launching successful products
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including Agentic Workflows, NLP, and LLMs
- Familiarity with reinsurance treaties and fronting carrier programs
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with agile development methodologies
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making with strong project management skills
