Reinvestigation Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Reinvestigation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate case details to determine validity of disputes and conduct thorough reinvestigations
- Contact various sources to validate disputed information and communicate effectively with consumers and clients
- Maintain detailed documentation and assist team members to meet departmental expectations
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in related fields such as Public Records, Customer Service, or Adjudication
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment, preferably with the Fair Credit Reporting Act
- Experience in Consumer Report Request as DSRIII
