Rejection and Denial Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rejection and Denial Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze patient insurance to identify correct plans and document steps for timely account resolution
• Identify and resolve billing and charge correction errors through research and communication with relevant parties
• Assist in training staff and evaluate insurance payor setups for efficiency in eligibility processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification required
• 3+ years of experience with eligibility-related knowledge
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, government plans, HMOs, and PPOs
• 3+ years of denials management experience
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
