Relationship Coaching Director

Job Summary

To build and scale a new expert-led service, the full-time Head of Relationship Coaching will develop and launch Paired's relationship coaching offering, manage coaching methodologies and quality standards, and collaborate with various teams to enhance the customer journey in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch the relationship coaching offering, defining methodologies and quality standards
• Recruit and manage a network of relationship coaches and create training materials for their development
• Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to integrate coaching services seamlessly into the Paired app experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in coaching, therapy, counseling, or relationship support industries
• Experience hiring, training, and managing coaches or other practitioners
• Strong understanding of relationship support methodologies and customer needs
• Operational mindset with the ability to design scalable systems and processes
• Data-driven with experience using customer insights to improve outcomes
