Job Summary

Supporting the Workplace Solutions Team in a remote capacity, the full-time Relationship Management Associate will build and maintain relationships with clients and brokers in the 2-500 lives segment, ensuring high-quality service and addressing group benefits plan administration needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain knowledge of current trends and developments in assigned territory and products to enhance service offerings
  • Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Required qualifications
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • 1+ years of experience in relationship management relevant to the position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work until 7 pm Central time / 5 pm Pacific time on a rotation basis
