Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relationship Management Manager, Employer Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage revenue performance across assigned accounts, focusing on forecasting, renewals, and growth opportunities
• Leverage client feedback and service metrics to enhance customer satisfaction and identify innovation opportunities
• Lead and develop a team of Relationship Managers through performance management and mentoring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in sales/account management leadership with a focus on revenue retention and growth
• Financial knowledge related to revenue performance and retention outcomes
• Experience using client insights to improve customer experience
• Knowledge of Employer Services including Verifications and Onboarding processes
