Job Summary

Leading a team of Relationship Managers, the full-time Relationship Management Manager will build and maintain client relationships, drive business growth, and enhance customer satisfaction in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage revenue performance across assigned accounts, focusing on forecasting, renewals, and growth opportunities
  • Leverage client feedback and service metrics to improve customer satisfaction and identify service and product innovation opportunities
  • Establish team KPIs and drive accountability for performance outcomes while coaching and developing Relationship Managers
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in sales/account management leadership with a focus on client-facing teams
  • Financial knowledge related to revenue performance and retention outcomes
  • Experience using VOC insights to enhance client experience
  • Knowledge of Employer Services and proficiency with CRM platforms and reporting tools
