Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relationship Management Specialist for their Local Market Account Management Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and brokers, managing service needs and escalations
  • Provide education and training on products and services to internal and external partners
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience and service delivery


Required Qualifications
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • 1 - 3+ years of experience in relationship management relevant to the role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
  • Experience in a customer and/or broker facing role
