Job Summary
A company is looking for a Relationship Management Specialist for their Local Market Account Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and brokers, managing service needs and escalations
- Provide education and training on products and services to internal and external partners
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience and service delivery
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 1 - 3+ years of experience in relationship management relevant to the role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
- Experience in a customer and/or broker facing role
