Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relationship Manager to oversee loan processes and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and serve as a primary contact for loan applicants
• Review and analyze financial documents to make informed lending decisions
• Communicate loan decisions to borrowers with professionalism and empathy

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, mathematics, finance, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a lending institution
• Strong understanding of small business financials, including income statements and balance sheets
• General knowledge of commercial or small business credit, preferably in a mission-based or SBA loan department
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
