Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TEAMS Relationship Manager to sell, onboard, and grow their TEAMS' customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Create strong business relationships with existing TEAMS customers
• Manage day-to-day account activity and communication with partners
• Exceed activity, pipeline, and growth targets while maintaining accurate CRM data

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, and/or sales
• Experience managing a multi-million dollar book of customers
• Proficient in utilizing CRM systems, ideally Hubspot
• Proven track record of building long-standing client relationships
• Experience working with executives on strategic priorities
