Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relationship Manager to serve as the main point of contact for users and partners, supporting onboarding and engagement with tools and data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Relationship Manager, ensuring tailored engagement with partners
• Lead partner onboarding and coordinate initial meetings and tool access
• Track partner status and needs using CRM tools and conduct regular check-ins

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in communications, data management, or partner relations
• Experience with client engagement, coaching, or training is preferred
• Previous experience working virtually in a collaborative, remote team environment is highly desirable
• Experience working cross-culturally is a plus
