Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relationship Manager to manage and grow strategic partner relationships within the agent channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Own assigned strategic partner relationships, ensuring high partner satisfaction and consistent operating cadence
• Develop and maintain partner account plans to define growth goals and initiatives
• Drive agent-channel growth through targeted enablement and program optimization

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in partner relationship management or sales enablement in a client-facing role
• Experience with payments regulated sales channels, including underwriting and compliance
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence outcomes
• Analytical ability to interpret performance metrics and trends, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
