Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relationship Manager to serve as a strategic partner for high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship lead, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and innovative partnerships
• Manage contract negotiations and cultivate multi-level client relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work, education, and military experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Relationship Management
• Experience in managing and growing relationships with large clients in the financial/technology industry
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar eCRM tools is beneficial
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
