A company is looking for a Relationship Manager to serve as a strategic partner for high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams to streamline communication and resources
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue and foster partnerships
• Lead contract negotiations and cultivate multi-level client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work, education, and military experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Relationship Management
• Experience in managing and growing relationships with large clients in the payments or fintech industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with sales and negotiating techniques, with a track record of closing deals
