Job Summary

Relationship Manager, responsible for ensuring high client retention and satisfaction while expanding product utilization in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to maintain client status awareness and provide proactive communication
• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Coordinate the plan year renewal process and maintain accountability for client contract renewals

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a relationship manager or in a similar client-facing role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in benefits administration, wellness, or related fields
• Proficiency with relationship management CRMs
• Ability to analyze consumer needs and develop tailored solutions
