Key responsibilities
  • 99% net revenue retention through proactive engagement
  • Lead structured client interactions, including quarterly business reviews and renewals, to align programs with client goals

Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years in relationship/account management or a similar client-facing role
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships that drive retention outcomes
