Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end client experience, the full-time remote Relationship Manager will drive retention, engagement, and long-term value while collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- 99% net revenue retention through proactive engagement
- Lead structured client interactions, including quarterly business reviews and renewals, to align programs with client goals
- Coordinate internal teams to address client needs and resolve service gaps effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in relationship/account management or a similar client-facing role
- Proven ability to manage client relationships that drive retention outcomes
- Strong cross-functional coordination and execution skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage and track client activity
