Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Relationship Manager will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely data collection, conducting annual reviews, and communicating testing results effectively.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with clients to gather annual census and plan information accurately and on time
• Review and ensure the accuracy of data questionnaires and provide necessary information for annual testing
• Conduct fiduciary reviews and manage ongoing client communication to address specific needs and outstanding items

Required qualifications:

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 3 or more years of experience in the retirement plan industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of retirement plans and record-keeping platforms
• Experience with Datair, Pension Pro, and related software preferred
• Completion of the ASPPA RFP course or the ability to complete it within one year
