Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of approximately 75 asset manager relationships, the full-time Relationship Manager will guide emerging, boutique, and newly onboarded firms through onboarding, platform education, and long-term partnership growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for asset managers, providing ongoing support and guidance
• Manage the onboarding experience, coordinating timelines and deliverables across various teams
• Drive operational execution by maintaining accurate records and tracking onboarding milestones

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-6 years of experience in relationship management, client success, or a related client-facing role
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and complex projects simultaneously
• Experience collaborating across multiple business functions to achieve shared objectives
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
