Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for high-profile institutional accounts, the full-time Relationship Manager will provide specialized trust and fiduciary services while nurturing client relationships and overseeing account onboarding processes remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Nurtures long-standing relationships with clients by delivering high-quality and responsive service
• Leads efforts to onboard new accounts and coordinates the account opening process
• Reviews agreements and prepares internal documentation to ensure proper administration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience
• Strong MS Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
