Relationship Manager II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relationship Manager II to provide exceptional customer service for retirement plan accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive client retention through annual plan reviews and proactive client engagement
• Coordinate the installation of new groups with plan sponsors and channel relationships
• Deliver enrollment, re-enrollment, and education processes, including scheduling and conducting meetings

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required
• 6+ years of demonstrated relationship management experience in the retirement plans field
• Working knowledge of qualified plans, ERISA, and qualified plan investments
• Ability to work in the Central Time Zone is required
