Relationship Manager II - CLO

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GCM Relationship Manager II - Private Debt & CLO.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for key client relationships
• Collaborate with operations and analytics teams to meet client objectives
• Manage client onboarding, including KYC procedures and documentation review

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with CLO indentures, credit agreements, and structured finance documentation
• Familiarity with various loan products such as Bi-Lateral ABL Facilities and CLOs
• Professional experience at a CLO Trustee, Loan Agent/Bank, or similar
