Relationship Manager - Iowa

Job Summary

To support a growing institutional practice, the full-time Relationship Manager - Iowa will develop and maintain client relationships, provide scalable solutions for retention and growth, and lead client projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with plan sponsors and consultants to achieve plan goals and enhance client relationships
• Identify and promote additional products/services to meet client needs
• Conduct relationship plan reviews and implement technology solutions for clients

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience with 6+ years in DB and DC products
• Deep Trust and Custody experience preferred for retirement and non-retirement assets
• Post-graduate degree (MA, MS, or MBA) is preferred
• Experience in relationship management and sales is required
• Proven ability to build relationships with key decision makers in a virtual environment
