Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Relationship Manager, Volunteer Screening will manage client relationships, identify risks and opportunities, and advocate for tailored solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure healthy relationships and discover underlying risks and opportunities
- Coordinate among internal teams to advocate for clients and ensure a frictionless customer experience
- Conduct Account Review sessions and develop specific account plans to optimize revenue and retention opportunities
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to learn and use internal business systems (Salesforce, Workday, ZenDesk, etc.)
- Strong relationship-building skills and self-motivated, goal-oriented approach
