Relationship Specialist
Job Summary
Managing the support and processing ecosystem for financial products, the full-time remote Relationship Specialist will provide direct support to partners, collaborate with the Relationship Manager, and enhance partner experiences in the Southeast region.
Key responsibilities
- Support EPC partner requests through various communication channels and manage transaction queues within the financial portal
- Build relationships with partners by understanding their needs and surfacing insights to improve product and partner experiences
- Collaborate with regional relationship managers to implement strategies that drive EPC engagement and support service expansions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Customer Service, Account Management Support, or Sales Fulfillment
- Knowledge of the construction or solar industry preferred
- BS/BA degree preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Intercom, and chat support systems
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms
