Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relationship Specialist Team Lead I.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and optimize the workflow of the Relationship Specialist team to meet production standards and service level agreements
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to enhance client service and achieve departmental goals
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while resolving client issues and implementing new processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience, including commercial accounts and loans
• Minimum 7 years of client service experience, both phone and face-to-face
• Minimum 3 years of management experience leading a team
• Knowledge of banking products and systems
