Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relationship Specialist Team Lead I.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and optimize the workflow of the Relationship Specialist team to meet production standards and service level agreements
• Provide training, coaching, and oversight to ensure team members meet performance expectations and compliance with policies
• Assist in resolving complex client issues and ensure timely handling of transactions and requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience, including opening new commercial accounts and loans
• At least 3 years of management experience leading a team of service professionals
• Demonstrated client service experience of 7 years required
• Familiarity with banking products and systems
