Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager - ediscovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a robust understanding of projects impacting service areas and minimize service impact
- Guide the resolution of critical customer incidents and lead technical success plans
- Drive internal service review meetings and partner with senior team members to troubleshoot customer incidents
Required Qualifications
- Must hold an active Relativity Certified Administrator certification
- 5+ years of technical experience with Relativity products in a customer-facing role
- Proven experience with SQL and Windows platforms, and troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Experience working in SaaS, IaaS, and/or Hybrid environments
- ITIL Certification preferred
