Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager - ediscovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a robust understanding of projects impacting service areas and minimize service impact
  • Guide the resolution of critical customer incidents and lead technical success plans
  • Drive internal service review meetings and partner with senior team members to troubleshoot customer incidents
Required Qualifications
  • Must hold an active Relativity Certified Administrator certification
  • 5+ years of technical experience with Relativity products in a customer-facing role
  • Proven experience with SQL and Windows platforms, and troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Experience working in SaaS, IaaS, and/or Hybrid environments
  • ITIL Certification preferred
