Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Technical Account Manager to support customers in achieving their goals using the Relativity suite of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop account plans and strategies to leverage the Relativity platform for customer objectives
- Guide the resolution of critical customer incidents and lead technical success plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Relativity Certified Administrator required
- 10+ years of technical experience with Relativity products in a customer-facing role
- Proven experience with SQL and Windows platform troubleshooting
- Experience in SaaS, IaaS, and/or Hybrid environments
- ITIL Certification preferred
