Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Technical Account Manager to support customers in achieving their goals using the Relativity suite of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop account plans and strategies to leverage the Relativity platform for customer objectives
  • Guide the resolution of critical customer incidents and lead technical success plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Relativity Certified Administrator required
  • 10+ years of technical experience with Relativity products in a customer-facing role
  • Proven experience with SQL and Windows platform troubleshooting
  • Experience in SaaS, IaaS, and/or Hybrid environments
  • ITIL Certification preferred
