Release & Activation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Release & Activation Manager for a Loyalty Transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the release and activation schedule, including cutover and migration activities
• Coordinate with program and technology leads for phased activations across various systems
• Track and report release readiness status, risk assessments, and issue resolutions using governance tools

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in release, environment, or cutover management within large scale transformation programs
• Proven success managing multi wave activations across enterprise ecosystems
• Experience operating in a hybrid delivery model
• Adept at coordinating multiple vendors and technical teams
• Vendor partnership experience in outsourced or distributed delivery environments
