Release & Activation Manager

Job Summary

Experienced in managing multi-phase activations, the full-time Release & Activation Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of phased releases for a multi-year Loyalty Transformation Program, working onsite while collaborating with various technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the release and activation schedule, including cutover and migration activities
• Coordinate with program leads to plan phased activations across systems, ensuring data synchronization and deployment windows are defined
• Track and report release readiness status, risk assessments, and issue resolutions through governance tools

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in release, environment, or cutover management within large-scale transformation programs
• Proven success managing multi-wave activations across enterprise ecosystems
• Experience operating in a hybrid delivery model
• Adept at coordinating multiple vendors and technical teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting skills
