Release Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Analyst to manage the post-closing stage of M&A deals and distribute funds to shareholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple releases simultaneously, tracking each deal's progress
• Review and interpret capitalization tables and financial models
• Coordinate with Compliance, Client Services, Payments, and banks to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
• Experience in a client-facing or professional service environment is helpful
