Release Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer - Release (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of Cloud release pipelines
• Establish consistent release management processes and facilitate cross-department coordination
• Develop automation tools for building, integrating, and deploying software releases across platforms

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Bitbucket
• Experience in a release management capacity for software development
• Knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle, specifically Agile/Scrum
• Proficiency in tools/languages like Jira, Confluence, Splunk, Python, and Go
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to diagnose and debug complex issues
