Release Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute software upgrades and releases across infrastructure, including testnet upgrades and staged rollouts
• Manage the operational release checklist from preflight validation through deployment and post-release follow-up
• Monitor releases in real time and contribute to CI/CD, automation, and tooling improvements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in release engineering, deployment engineering, SRE, or similar roles
• Strong ownership and ability to work autonomously on a small team
• Experience with Linux production deployment workflows and operational monitoring
• Familiarity with Git-based release workflows and version management
