Release Management Associate

Job Summary

Orchestrating the planning and delivery of software releases, the full-time remote Release Management Associate will manage release schedules, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality deployments aligned with internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain release schedules to ensure timely deployments
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and support teams to meet release requirements
• Communicate release updates to internal stakeholders and external clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in software release management, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and work-management tools like Jira
