Key Responsibilities

• Establish clear release timelines and maintain deployment schedules for multiple enterprise customers
• Coordinate deployment teams and manage assignments to ensure readiness for each deployment window
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track release progress and communicate status to the organization

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software release management
• Understanding of release management standards, best practices, and tools
• Strong experience in strategic planning, risk management, and project management
• Experience with CI/CD systems and software delivery systems
• Familiarity with Atlassian, Jira, and Confluence is preferred
