Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Manager to join their game team.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide new features through the release process from scope lock to post-release care
• Coordinate with stakeholders to close bugs before key release milestones and manage platform releases
• Complete regular release health reporting, participate in risk mitigation planning, and document the release process

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a project manager, QA manager, or release manager in mobile games
• A passionate builder and player of mobile games, particularly in the casual genre
• An autonomous self-starter with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Experience in multicultural and remote working environments
• Commitment to personal growth and contributing to team processes
