Release Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Manager to oversee application configurations and release processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure correct configuration items are assembled and released to appropriate environments
• Maintain release schedules and manage the flow of environments to ensure timely deployments
• Coordinate activities between project personnel and stakeholders, ensuring issues are logged and monitored

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in Configuration Management, Build and Release Management
• Experience with tools such as MS Project, Visio, ServiceNow, OneNote, Jira, and Azure DevOps
• Experience in environment integration or database conversion management related to release management
• Knowledge of operational readiness, version definition, and lessons learned reviews
• Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Release/Change Management Certifications
