Release Manager

Job Summary

Driving the end-to-end release lifecycle and QA certification, the full-time Release Manager will coordinate across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality, predictable releases in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete release lifecycle planning, scheduling, coordination, deployment, and validation
• Establish and enforce release governance, quality gates, and ensure releases meet quality standards
• Lead QA teams to ensure adequate test coverage and proper defect tracking before release

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Release Management, DevOps, or QA aligned roles
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD
• Experience in QA process management and test automation frameworks
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Certifications in DevOps, Agile, ITIL, or Quality Assurance
